You may also ask each tutor’s teaching plans, methods and results if any. Conclusively, from the interview session, you will be able to tell whether or not the tutor can meet your expectation and requirements.

4) From second session onwards, you can ask for a replacement tutor anytime you feel the current tutor is not performing.

If you find that your child has no improvement even after a few months undergoing lessons with the tutor, you might want to replace the tutor. The tutor’s style or method of teaching may not be effective for the student.

On the other hand, some good tutors, even the experienced ones, might have disciplinary issues such as coming late for classes, or frequently postponing classes. If this happens, we suggest that you give the tutor a warning, or else they can be replaced.
