Vacancy: Online/Digital Marketing Exec (Work from home)

Job Scope:

– Plan & manage all digital marketing efforts. The main goal is to generate high number of quality leads/prospects for the Coordinator team

– Manage online advertisements, mainly through Google Adwords & FB Ads to increase leads & brand awareness

– Measure performance of digital marketing efforts & ROI using web analytics tools like Google Analytics & FB Ads Tools

– Concentrate on SEO efforts for our website, through keywords optimization & contents

– Post content on our social medias : Facebook Page, Youtube Channel & Instagram

– Organize email marketing campaigns and maintain email subscribers lists via MailChimp.

– Work with our team to execute the marketing plan & effort

– Acquire insights in online marketing trends & keep strategies up to date

 

Requirements:

– Good at doing copywriting in Bahasa Malaysia & English

– Have the mindset of a marketing person – understand how to identify the customer, their needs & the strategy to market company’s service/product to them

– Familiar with SEO,  Google Adwords, FB Ads & Google Analytics.

– Know how to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Piktochart or other image editing software

– Know how to use Adobe Premiere, Movie Maker or other video editing software

– Have passion & willing to work extra hours in order to achieve your targets

– Goal-oriented, resourceful & have self-initiative

– Hungry and will not settle just for the basic salary.

– Have self-discipline, organized, strong researching & problem-solving skill

– Have a ‘can do’ spirit & not someone who likes to come up with excuses

– Must have your own laptop

– Working hours are flexible (to be determined later) as long as you can complete the tasks given & achieve your targets, but you need to be reachable by phone between 10am- 7pm weekdays

– Having an experience/background in marketing is a plus, but not necessary

– Must be able to come to Kajang or office in Shah Alam for the occasional meetings and trainings.

– This is a full time job

Remuneration

During probationary period of 3 months, basic salary is RM1,000 (not including EPF & Socso)

After confirmation, basic salary is RM1,500 + commission:

  • Commission 5% if manage to achieve RM40,000 gross profit (total salary around RM3,500/month)
  • Commission 10% if manage to achieve RM60,000 gross profit (total salary around RM7,500/month)
